She is an experienced Office Professional with 20+ years of experience working in an office. Michelle is a Certified Medical Assistant with knowledge of both front and back office duties. She has experience working in both the car insurance and life insurance industries. Michelle also worked at one of the largest HMO's in California for several years where she continued to grow holding various job titles during her years with the company.
Michelle is detailed, very knowledgeable as well as creative when it comes to business. She also has respect for privacy and client confidentiality. As an Author and a Small Business Owner herself, Michelle has a great understanding of what business owners need and require for growth. She used her expertise and skills and started her consulting business working with some of the largest companies and well known business owners in California.

individuals. She started a networking group for Business Women.
The former organizer of a total of 275 Sistas Doing Business in Los Angeles,
Michelle has been able to assist many woman business owners with promoting their
businesses as well as networking with other business owners. Her background as
an Etiquette Consultant provided her with an opportunity to meet and work with
many large companies. She has worked with some of the largest companies, organizations and
businesses in Southern California. Michelle has a passion for marketing
businesses – helping businesses get noticed through online marketing and social
media. She also has a passion for helping business women on a shoestring budget build their businesses and accomplish their goals.
